ADHD 2.0. EM Hallowell and JJ Ratey. 2021. Ballantine Books. 135 real pages and 9 chapters. $27.99. Amazon Link.
The punchline: ADHD 2.0 is difficult to read. The advice and tools provided are mixed together with a lot of unnecessary information. Save your money.
If you have ADHD and want to read a book, you are not going to have the patience to find the tips and tools in here. It has a nice section on medication options, but it’s not worth the price of the book for it. You would do better searching online for advice and for free.
